You will be asked to absorb a lot of information in a short time.  This often includes a written report, checklists, photographs, environmental reports and what I discuss during the inspection.  All this combined with the seller's disclosure and what you notice yourself can be overwhelming.

Relax.  My reports are detailed and easy to read. It is broken down by category or room with descriptions and pictures.  It also summarizes all major defects, minor defects, and maintenance issues. A major defect issue would fall into one of these four categories:

• A structural failure
• Things that lead to major defects. A small roof-flashing leak, for example
• Things that may hinder your ability to finance, occupy, or insure the home
• Safety hazards

My basic home inspection is a comprehensive visual inspection of the home and the report is web based.  The link is sent to you as soon as the report has been posted.  Only you or anyone you send the link to will be able to view the report.

I also offer more in-depth testing services such as MOLD, RADON GAS, ASBESTOS, WATER, and LEAD.
