2007 rates for a basic single-family home inspection are as follows:

·       Up  to  1,500 sq ft = $275.00

·       1501 to 2500 sq ft = $295.00

·      2501 to 3500 sq ft = $315.00

·       3501 to 4000 sq ft = $335.00

·      4001 to 5000 sq ft = $350.00

*Any additional out buildings and multi-unit buildings will be an additional cost.

 

*Any Mold, Asbestos, Radon, Lead, or Water Quality testing will be an additional charge and rates can be seen on the Air Quailty testing fees page.
